The Encheiridion of Epictetus (Part 1 of 4)

What a wise man Epictetus was. Nearly 20 centuries ago he was aware of things even today most of us cannot understand. He had led a former life of slavery and toil, of bad treatment (and a painful lifelong lameness and general frailment is the result of this) , and even so he was grateful and frugal in everything. I admire him a lot, and his Teachings rule my life (at least in intention). Thank you for this wonderful video. Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
