The Administrator also drinks wine and sits in a chair as shown.

Just to clarify, and I asked this on this video, the rabid heavy can only take damage from rail gun like shots. That sentry turret he took to the back in the last video hurt him quite a bit. That sniper rifle the epic scout was about to pop him with would've killed him

Taming Engineer’s my favorite character in this TS2 series. He doesn’t have any superhuman abilities like Epic Scout and Rabid Heavy, yet he can fight with skill and ferocity on par. He also doesn’t need any fancy guns to be skilled, he just needs a 6 shot revolver to dominate.
