Until recently they had a short life time and at the speed the market moves most won't ROI, let’s see how long they perform with ALPH and RXD. It will be nice if in the future Iceriver release a version for DIY selling only the board that will replace the one of a 0 machine no longer profitable it will reduce the shipping cost and won't waste the power supply and aluminium heatsink of an obsolete ASIC.

i just bought my first asic, (alph al0) but i regret it, costed 880$ + 50$ VAT (930$) arrives this week, but if i bought 930$ in alph coin, i had more coins then i will mine in the future with the increasing hashrate :/ i don't think it's possible to get more yield than buying, what is your opinion about this?

Yep you are right. The problem with alph and some of these other newer coins is like you said. The rising hashrate. Also the fact it takes weeks for them to get delivered..
