I think that because we have a lot of antibiotics that we might get the Black Death again because the disease is obviously more resistance to antibiotics and it will probably get so powerful that even if you don't have alot of medicine and are resistant to it you still get it but that's just my theory I like to be optimistic about things so even if we die might as well do some fun stuff in life before that happens
