You must take controler amps in g4 controler 40amps 40amps * 60v = 2400w peak

60V is a nominal voltage. Every 18650 li-ion cell has a nominal voltage of ~3.7V, but it can be charged up to 4.2V and discharged to about 3.1V or so (subject to different cells and limited by BMS). A 60V battery pack will have 60/3.7 = 16 cells connected in series. When you fully charge 16 cells in series, you will get 16x4.2V=67.2V. Actually, the fact that your full voltage is above that range is a little worrying. Charging the cells above 4.2V will drastically decrease their lifetime.

Yo bro, gotta say thanks for the sick content on the G4! I’ve got the same one, still pretty much brand new, and it’s been awesome so far. Just wanted to ask if you’ve upgraded the brakes or swapped out the brake pads yet? Also, my rear brake lever is feeling a bit loose compared to the front, even though the pads are tight. Any tricks to tighten that brake lever up? Appreciate any advice, man! Keep up the dope vids - the G4’s a beast!

hey bro that "power 1200wh" doesnt mean 1200 watts, thats the watt hour rating. as in capacity size. 20ah 60v battery is roughly 1200wh. that doesnt mean it isnt 2000+watts. also every battery chargers a decent amont more than its rated saying. for example 48v chargers to 54.6v i think 52v nearly chargers to 60v. maybe 58v. i have honeywhale h4 brand (same thing) and i think its 1800watt nominal and 2400watt peak so dont be worried

on the battery thing at 4:00, how it works is they display the "nomina" voltage. when you charged it to 100%, thats the peak voltage.... so they arent "giving more voltage" your idea of reading the voltage is just wrong, hope this helps :)

It's IP54, you'd need something like IP66 or better if you want to pressure wash it. I've seen someone apply silicon sealant around every gap and hole to a scooter to waterproof it. I think Kukirin did this on at least one cable hole in my G2 Master, and I have to imagine they ran out of the rubber plug that I've seen is meant to be there from their tutorial videos 😆

if u wanna remove that rust u need to grind down the rust and then paint it with rust protection paint or use diesel fuel that also gives some protection over rust

I just bought a brand new G4 and the FIRST thing I did was Sikaflex the entire battery compartment and especially those foam wire spacers even the screw holes. I think I can confidently say that water is NOT getting in my battery compartment, but this should have been sealed from the FACTORY! Anyway, will we ever get a G4 hydraulic brake replacement video? These brakes are quite frankly terrible 😂

I've heard that if you change the controller from stock to a votol em 50-4, the G4 could go about 95 km/h. I haven't tryed it yet. Maybe you could do a video and use yours as a test for the community. Alot of G4's around, and nobody has made a video yet on changing the controller.

They said that Kuririn is not water resistant in many reviews that i saw, but you can put antioxidant spray in the interior and spray on the outside for anti scratch, water repelent, resistant also to uv rays and weather....and isolate if there are screws that can catch water with nylon..its the only way

Ayo I am really sorry for your loss :( Though, the G4 is really nice for street ride, comfort and range, the G2 Master is cool, it has more power, smaller top speed but gains speed faster, the stock suspension is not the best and it has less range, but e-brake on it feels amazing. It is a hard choice, me personally if I just want to get somewhere really fast I get the G2 Master, but if I want to travel a lot, the G4 is the better option :D Hope this helps ;D

Put on a extra motor front, change the controller to a flipsky, and make a custom battery with bms, u could get 100kmh, and maybe 12000 watts or higher❤

This is normal ! Lipo is 3,7v per cell. But fully charged it's 4,2v. So 68volts mean that you have fully charged cells of 4,2v meaning that you have 16cells in series

I made my own custom battery for the scooter so now I can run two batteries at the same time. The nominal voltage is 60v but the max is suppose to be 67.2 with a max pull of around 3,600watts

@JoyOnWheelss there's a device that let's you hook two batteries more safely. If one's a lower voltage it won't let power run through till the higher voltage battery lowers to the other battery then letting both draw at the same time.

Hi cab you help me. I sent an email to kugoo and they replied and now nothing else. So no help from them. I have a g2 max thats about a month and a half old. I was riding and it showed a error code E-009 and its not in the manual. Do you know if I can charge it? Will it catch fire? Should I sell it? Should I take it apart and check it? The scooter now is a bit slower which is noticeable. Can you please help. I rode it yesterday and it was low on battery. I had no bars and it showed an error code wile I was getting it home. I didnt see which was it, might have been E-007 but I am not sure. Guys please help. Can I charge it because it is now in storage.
