The song phantasmagoric and seeing the Nowhere Islands get destroyed honestly made me more sad than anything else. Especially the parts where you can see Tazmilly experiencing an earthquake, and how Ohsoe Castle is destroyed. In my head cannon, I believe that everyone in the Nowhere Islands die. Now I know that Hinawa and Claus don’t appear in the end segment, but if everyone survived, wouldn’t it make sense to have the end scene on land, or at least somewhere, instead of darkness? I also believe this because we see the Nowhere Islands get destroyed by the dragon. It literally breaks through the islands from underground. Also, Leder tells us that the rest of the world has been destroyed, so the people couldn’t have ended up there. But, I’m not done yet. I believe that after everyone dies, and after the world calmes down, the dragon makes a new world, and a new beginning, and everyone is placed back into the world. This is because of the end text. It is all wood, signifying no technology, meaning that this could be a new beginning, but also the O is a world. This could also show that there is a new world for people to inhabit. That’s just my theory though.

Nope Nowhere island was only island left on earth with life. thats right the end of the world actually happen years ago, the whole world has past on but not this island. with the Dragon Trapped underneath this island survived, but the people on the island decide to erase their memories of the Apocalypse through the use of the shining egg. When Flint asked if Lucas was ready to pull the last needle, while most people would say yes, it would be perfectly understandable if he said no. After all the trouble he’s been through, especially watching his brother intentionally killing himself, I doubt we was ready-minded at that point. If he does say no, Flint does comfort him, telling him how hard he worked to reach this moment, which is a really nice Father-Son moment.

happy 15th anniversary mother 3!!! :3 i remember being sad at this ending seeing the memorable locations being torn apart and destroyed(especially in the cut parts showing alec seeing the volcanoes erupt and salsa & his girlfriend running for their lives while showing those who unfortunately got hit by the meteors.really made me wonder what happened to lucas,kumatora,duster,flint and boney during all this.) with every lovable character likely terrified and running from the end of the world with the last thing we see being a black mountain(presumably the black dragon.) rising and the nowhere islands end.(and how very happy i was when i found out that if you move around in the end screen it reveals everyone survived and thanks you for helping lucas,with you finding a doorknob that opens a door that revives the island free of porky's influence outside him still being in the absolutely safe machine which itoi stated even if the sun went out/existence just stopped he'd still be in there,kinda sad a fate compared to originally just him dying.)

This ending is the perfect example of the glass of water question, It looks like the world is ending and the END? Scene is everybody dead and refusing to let go, yes, but of you think it optimistically the world may heal due to the Dragon responding to Lucas' desire to bring everything back to normal, and the END? screen is an antechamber for when the world heals, my theory is that the cycle of forgetting and remembering the harm is broken and instead of restarting unaware of the past mistakes they embrace them, hence the logo being fully restored

What an incredibly bittersweet ending. You save the world by being the one to pull the needle instead of the brother whos soul was locked away, and you're rewarded with the world falling apart in an apocalypse of natural disasters and fire to be re-created.

I thought of a Mother 4 and 5! Mother 4 would take place during the events of Mother 3 on a different planet where the aliens (like Giegue [sorry if the name is incorrect]) have a new alien dictator named Gorthog (Giegue's son), ruling over the planet Arckendese. A refuge child named Leverr escapes the clutches of the evil ruler. He learns special PSI powers and is told to save humanity from a hallucination sent by a mysterious figure... He while makes a team of five people to help him. Gorthog finds out about the band and sends his slaves to capture and eliminate them. The team defeats most of the minions before getting into Gorthog's base. The team tries to hijack Gorthog's mother ship, but Gorthog sends his experiment, The Amalgamation. The Amalgamation is made up a jumble of innocent lives pasted together into a large body. If the team kills it, they could risk killing their family members. So they all race to the lab to find the cure. When they get back, they cure The Amalgamation, reverting the body back into people. The team and a lot of civilians escape on the mother ship to have a new life on Earth. Back on Earth, they capture the humans on the mother ship and plant the humans (and even some aliens) all over Earth, repopulating the planet. Mother 5 would take place 100 years after Mother 3. The world is in peace, until a large ship in the sky. Aliens get sucked up into the ship and the ship zips into the sky in a spit-second.The world grows quieter and quieter, waiting for their friends to be found. They lose hope and look for a wise leader, so they take Porky as their leader, because he's probably old and wise , but he's trapped in a containment facility, but even the guards let him go. They roll his capsule of of the facility and take him back. As he becomes their leader, a boy name Michel finds some mysterious books in the bookshelf of his attic. He finds a letter in one of the books that says to stop the alien leader Gorthog. So he learns PSI a ventures of to save his friend. People try to stop him, but fail. He makes a team along the way, and they build a space ship to travel to where their friends were held hostage. They find the planet Arckendese. Michel unites all of the powers in him and they all face Gorthog. He sends blast after blast at them, though, he does come to his senses and realizes it's wrong. He's not going to be like his dad, nor will he end up like his dad. He stops and surrenders. He decides to make up and to help them along their way. They free the people of Arckendese and travel back to Earth to help the people regain their senses. They travel to Earth to stop the mob and bury Porkey deep into the ground where he can't influence the people anymore. The End P.S. Sorry if the writing or any of that stuff is bad. This ending glitched once for me. Osohe was just falling, and it somehow stayed falling longer than normal, and the music continued so the Pigmask tune and collision was heard about five seconds before it actually happened.

thats not enough... Everyone actually do die. im sure you dont know this because what you have just stated. If you never met the tall man, Leder, he explains through his research, the Nowhere island is only place on earth with Life, and that the Apocalypse had already happen, but Nowhere island survived because of the dragon they had trapped underneath, and that pretty much everyone refused to pass on. The reason why no one knows about this is because people on the island used the shining egg underneath the mansion (you see crumble in the forest) to erase their memory and dont want to acknowledge the end of the world. So in a sense The Whole World had passed on and left earth, while these people didnt want to join and were left behind. So with the Dragon awakening, they finally pass on (after an unknown amount of years)
