Firstly Shan doesn't deserve to be in playing 11 as per his current form and also as per his test avg. Secondly till the time groupism players like Zimbabar,Shaheen etc are there in the team then pak will lose and face humiliation only. Lastly the only way pak can out of this dilemma is to make Sarafaraz temporary captain again as he is a strong captain and can control groupism. And in between look after for the future captain from Psl and from the domestic circuit and then groom n nourish the future captain.

All the ex cricketers of Pakistan keep on criticizing the team but the think is all three units (batting, bowling, fielding) failed to deliver cumulatively. They also tried to replace the players who were not performing but the result is same. May be there is lack of confidence in the players which led to unpredictable loss frequently.

veerji massive respect from an indian i think you have spoken very well i do think they lack flexibility because they dont have a 22 player squad which can match or even adapt to the conditions, i think the fast bowling department is a worry all are mediu pacers even the no.8 team have a battery of fast bowling options. its very funny because they finally had a pitch that they wanted but they couldnt bring in a hit the deck bowler bowling 145 plus like rana did in their team so options in the bowling department is a worry i hope you can talk about their batting, very insightful.

i’ve seen Saeed Anwar being removed from captaincy during a test series against sri lanka. it was a 3 match series and anwar lost the 1st 2 tests as a captain. He was no longer the captain in the 3rd test match and moin khan was appointed as the new captain and not surprisingly, he won the 3rd test match. so captaincy matters. the sooner you remove a failed captain the better.
