When Roswwal says "You can become like me" I assume it's the same as casting feelings aside. Roswwal commits murder without hesitation, something Subaru is incapable of, especially if there is a connection. He's also able to kill himself without hesitation, although Subaru has killed himself in the past he hesitated for a moment before actually doing it. + Roswwal is fixated on one goal (Following his book) whereas Subaru is always trying to do multiple things at once e.g. Save the Mansion and comfort Emilia.

Idk why the anime decided to cut out a lot of the reasons that Satella lists when she is saying why she loves Subaru, in the web novel she explains a lot of things that insinuate that, at least according to Satella, she and Subaru go way back. I will leave what Satella says here since I don’t think it was a spoiler since it was cut out and I do think it makes you wonder how and when this happened. “I, love you. ――Because you gave me light. It was you who took me by the hand, and showed me the world outside. In the nights when I was lonely and afraid, you held my hand. That Rosswald scene at the end was so powerful for me. It's the revelation that he was 50 steps ahead of Subaru the entire time. Not just orchestrating the mansion assassin's but when you realise he probably sent Elsa to Felts bar back in episode 1, he lured Subaru into his domain and kept making things worse and worse. I'm interested to know if Rosswald is the leader of these sin archbishop's or not.

In episode 11 some content got cut from the anime So in between Roswaal getting eaten and the ending, Subaru ran to go to Emilia, used the clones to try and kill the rabbits so he could get there, he saw the cathedral where Otto and all of the other people are, they set fire to the cathedral while they were still inside instead of getting eaten by the rabbits

few important things about these episodes i originally missed/got cut from the episode but are still canon Beatrice is essentially waiting for 'that person' to arrive, probably believing it to be someone presupposed by echidna that the gospel will finally tell her about at some point. Her reliance on the gospel to do anything is what's stopping her from truly reaching out. My head canon is that the reason Subaru can consistently find the library is because Beatrice intentionally lets him in, hoping that it'd change the gospel in some way to allow her to have a future Roswaal being behind the attacks on the mansion probably means that he was also behind the majority of events in season 1, such as hiring felt to steal the insignia and elsa to then buy it for him, all to get Subaru into the mansion and to support Emilia Probably the most important detail the anime didn't explicitly say was that the witch of envy and Satella are completely different personalities. This is why Typhon shouts excitedly about it being tella and why minerva and the other witches aren't resentful of Satella in particular, as it was the witch of envy personality who killed them. That's why the Satella we see in episode 13 is so drastically different from the witch of envy we see in episode 10 (which leads a lot of people to believe that Emilia is yet another personality)

Both personalities love Subaru, but the Witch of Envy personality is far more aggressive about it (IloveyouIloveyouIloveyouIloveyou etc) while the other, Satella, is much more reasonable and deeply cares about Subaru's well-being. We saw Satella twice in this first part. And each time, a different one was in control

But in case they revisit it in another form later in the anime because they didn't feel like revealing it now, do not read further. The witch of envy and Satella are 2 different personas, the witch of envy is the one you saw the last time, which consumed sanctuary. Satella is who you saw here. When Satella consumed the witch factor of envy more than 400 years ago, because of her incompatibility with the sin, her persona split in 2, thus creating the witch of envy who consumed the other witches and destroyed half the world.

Also, it's important to note that Subaru does feel love for Satella, which is why he was so aversed to her. I think most people call Subaru clueless or idiot for choosing echidna's offer but yet they were also the people who called her the best girl. So how come Subaru is an idiot or or easy to bribe when everyone thought that she's really good. When I say that I'm talking to everyone who liked echidna. If you're failing in an exam for your whole semester as you cannot understand certain things or anything at all. Somebody comes to you and claims that if you want than he can be your tutor and make you pass with flying numbery.would you doubt him unless he's totally unknown person. Subaru knows echidna and her advises regarding the other witches were like great rewarding free tips from a broker and Subaru has shown full confidence by last encounter that he's willing to give her anything for her help and so echidna plotted it from the beginning to make him fall under a pitch black darkness where she's the only light that he can see. So why won't he choose her. He's hopeless in this situation as he cannot see an outcome unlike his previous encounter as rem was there to support him. So he wants to have that rem figure who can support him in his struggle. I don't know why people don't get Subaru. He just like us and he's also a mediator who showcases the plot from his perspective. So he's as clueless as we are,so you can't say that why he's so easy to fool.
