As a relatively recent British Rt 66 fan and somebody who's been lucky enough to drive it from Albuquerque to Santa Monica Pier, I'm SO glad you've done this series of videos. It makes me super happy to know that there's a record of everything on this wonderful road (thanks to your insightful, informative commentary!) that will be preserved here on KZbin for many years to come. I hope everyone who ever thinks about stepping foot on 66 watches these videos to get an idea of what there is to see on the road and help plan their route. Great work mate!! Now all that remains is to go back....! And continue having more fun adventures along the way! Well done, and thanks!!

I see that a lot of families are watching Justin's travels up Route 66. You can make his day if you'd start reading The Grapes of Wrath with your kids as he makes his way back home to California on oooooold Route 66!! Try and read a chapter each day and then watch his video together, I know he will love it! And your kids will get a multi layered look at Route 66 by reading while seeing his PoV. And, when you finished the book and he is back home in Cali, watch Cars together and see where Route 66 is today. And Justin -- thank you for sharing your travels with us!! I've loved every minute!!

I have to say thank you, Justin. I never cared much about Route66 but after following you on this adventure I have to say I have a huge respect for it. You changed my view on something I thought was so little and made it something historic and iconic. Never stop following your dreams, man. Also, never stop letting us watch. In the past year, my wife and I started watching your videos and we've been on many trips this year. Life is amazing once you go outside, turn on your TheScarred album and take a drive down Randomland.

You did a spectacular job of taking me across Route 66 even though I was not there at all. I was able to fully immerse myself in the culture, and the places, and that's because you don't just show, you tell. Nearly everything you stop to visit, you tell its history for. That is some dedication right there! Great job once again.

man! okay let me start by saying it was hard for me to watch all these videos when you posted them which actally made me sad because I would watch your videos when you posted them but I did finally watch them and glad I did. what a ride. thus video got me in the gut, eyeballs and not afraid to say I cried many happy tears. Chicago is an hour drive for us here in Mishawaka In. I always love my visits to Chicago. for you to "end" your trip in Chicago was exciting for me since its what I know. when you drove in I got excited. when you were sitting by "freaking lake Michigan" (which is what I call it often) I got chocked up. When you started the time lapse, done. so many tears. I love your passion and heart. thank you for being a bright star in the world. Much 💜
