Why mistcaller instead of shield? lower cooldowns better than more defense? also what food u use? availonian pork omlete or the regular one.. nice video

First of all, I eat regular omelette for food. And the reason I use Mistcaller is for kill the 8.3 setting. When using 7-8 tier set, there's not enough damage, so I need to use Mistcaller to make sure I can use E skill again in a short amount of time, while also making sure to take care of the cool down of w and royal boots skill so that can quickly chase down my opponent.
