I just finished the last half and wow!!! These new speak after me prayer Mantras are spectacularly outstanding! This morning I'm getting ready for funeral processions, in deep thought,... I say we re-brand death. The part where he mentions hell being just the same journey but the slowest way really threw me for a loop because a spiritual person i really respect told me that my life was going to that of the most resistance due to the nature of resistance in my charts. Does this mean my life is going to be hell? Sometimes life is extremely uncomfortable, but the hell I learned about at church definitely seemed worse than this! I hope things don't get worse :O Matt, please help? lol but really not laughing.

smh. my stage of isolation lasted from 2002 - 2016. I've been surrounded by covert narcissists, being under constant pressure of my inability of maintaining normal standards of living, constant pain, feeling emotions of others and confusing them as my own, crazy thoughts and hardcore ptsd. Everything healed in less than 2 years, since I've started watching Matt's videos. Now I have a job and live on my own. : -)

Yes Matt, exactly how iv been feeling, been a crazy few months, feeling i couldn't cope, extreme anxiety, almost made a few decisions to take the easy route felling like I'm never going to feel gratitude again or feel the light. its been so hard then i was thinking at my darkest time last week, this is showing me something more, i thought exactly what you say in the video. Today before watching this i woke up and found a real gratitude, felt i could see again, see the beauty that i couldn't see last week. what a relief if i knew id feel like this today it would have been less scary last week but i did surrender and accepted it.
