Advait : Amit ji's main discourse is on Advait philosophy, in which soul and the world is ONE. Seeing and seen has no division it is only a delusion
Confusion of Division : Amit ji makes it clear that the division between soul and Brahma / God is only a mental conception. This confusion stems from our mind. In reality all our experiences, feelings, and thoughts constantly come from One source.
Unity Consciousness : The final aim of this explanation is to be in unity consciousness, where individual and universe has no division. This is the state in which the seeing and seen is One.
Transition from Duality (Dvait) : Amit ji takes us beyond duality based thinking of 'me' and 'other', good and bad, subject and object, and shows us the way. Only beyond duality one reaches the state of self realization.
Self Realization : The main aim of this discourse is self realization, in which one realises that one's own true Self is not separate from the universal Self. This experience takes us in that supreme peace and bliss which we are searching forever in this world.

Amit ji's Teaching : In this discourse Swami Amit ji dives deep into many spiritual and philosophical concepts. He explains how the one who sees and the seen is not separate. This is possible in our consciousness and to reach it we have to rise above the perception of the divided mind.
Nature of Consciousness : According to Amit ji Consciousness is the reality of existence. This consciousness is infinite and eternal and to experience this consciousness is Atma Jyan or Self Realisation. Consciousness is not an object or a thought it can only be experienced.
Nature of Mind : The mind is a unique instrument, which helps us to understand the world, but it ends up being the source of unhappiness and delusion. Amit ji explains clearly that by bringing mental silence and removing delusion we attain to our true Self.
Enlightenment : Enlightenment means to drop all mental boundaries and to experience the Ultimate Reality. When we go above our thoughts, feeling, concepts, prejudices then we go towards Self Realisation, which is also enlightenment.
