yea, I looked into the designer of the game (Amanita Design), they had a few games that are close to Machinarium (for example Creeks), but none of them compare

It is, in the restaurant and outside where the band is. It only plays before the band got their instruments back. (Unless you mean on ITunes which I don't really use.)
