Great job Gabriel, I suggest a pole hedge trimmer and a big backpack to store it in. Also a portable rake is a must. Saves you time and energy so you can get some runs in brother. Also, have some water and spare towel in your car set aside for a mini shower/bath to freshen up! 🤙

If the plant had kind of a licorice smell it might have been wild fennel. The plants near the tree you were cutting down looked like it.

No worries man 🤘 they are pretty laid back in this area when it comes to working on the trails. I usually don’t touch/work on any jumps because I don’t really know what I’m doing when it comes to that 😂 but trimming is pretty straight forward, I would just try and do it during the week because the weekend the area gets packed. Thanks for doing this! I have not been in that area since march and at that time it was not that ridable... By chance did you work on DIA? or it's some other trail? Also, the plant at 6:00 can be California sagebrush.

Fullerton loop is a good beginner trail

Fullerton loop is definitely a great place to start! I would also recommend Marshall canyon 🤘😁
