The end boss only appears in Hard Difficulty which unlocks the Eggman scene. On normal or easy difficulty the final boss is supreme and you would only get the gang leaving

No true. The eggman scene where he is at his comptuer is at easy and normal mode’s end credit scene as well.

It was really hard to make out what it was even saying, and the game didn't provide any subtitles for it. People often stop watching the video if I stop talking for a long time, especially if they can't make out what's being said either.
