And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make. Need anyone say more? Simply the greatest line that has been or ever will be written.

If you've ever tried to sit down and write a song, you know how hard it is. Trying to write a good song is even harder. Penning a great song is like seeing a shooting star at night. very rare. These guys wrote TONS of great songs. Can the average non-songwriter non-musician person really appreciate that?

It's almost like they were saying goodbye with playing all the different types of music they had played and then going out in a harmony. Awesome...Only the Beatles.

So glad you enjoy this as much as I do! Your memory of music in the late 70s differs from mine, however. Remember Blue Cheer's Summertime Blues? Or Iron Butterfly? Or Led Zeppelin's first album? Ten Years After? Big Brother and the Holding Company? Jimi Hendrix? In short, you're right -- there were lots of ballads and Bacharach-David type numbers at the time -- but rock and roll was definitely rocking!

See at 1:36 and the next picture, they had gone solo since then, did they get together just for photos or something? I know they were all solo, sometimes some got together again, but not all of them, those two photos are definitely pictures when lennon was on his own, as with paulllly,
@elcholito58712 жыл бұрын
Originally there was suppose to be a guitar solo during ringo's solo (he wasn't too fond of drum solos) but they decided to cut out the guitar solo and go with ringo's drumming.
@ominofdeat14 жыл бұрын
@TeensFoLife umm not to be a bummer but john and paul pretty much went into the studio after a day of recording and recorded over ringo's drum parts, most of the time. so its not him playing in any of their studio stuff. Their live stuff is a different story. and if you want a good drummer try Ginger Baker on for size.
