Not sure if it’s fixed or not but if you’re just getting green, the inputs for red and blue might just be misaligned or dirty. Disconnect the inputs (both at the camera and at the computer) and clean both the male and female ends with some isopropyl alcohol and a cloth that won’t leave behind fluff. While you’re in there, you could check for damage with a flashlight
