Endometrial canal echos are normal. It shows distinct trilaminar appearance. Endometrial thickness is 6.0 mm. On 15th day of period. Can i conceive ??

No it will progress, worse, and turn into Adenomyosis, Please take care, with birth control, or a hysterectomy, the bleeding will escalate so badly, that tampons won't last 4 days.

So.. my ultrasound showed 24mm endometrium thickness and heterogeneous. Also complex cyst with solid components on my right ovary. What would this be?

So, the biopsy from endometrium was fine. As for my ovary, my CA-125 blood work came back with the result being 60 which said above upper panic limit. CT scan booked for the 24th and gyno oncologist on the 25th. So I will definitely give an update as soon as I can. I am not sure why 24mm endometrium thickness and how that's not a red flag, but I will ask that question as well. Thanks for asking!
