And playing plat+ is propably kind of stressful when you do it for hours a day until you get uploadable content, and I think he still wants to have some fun while playing. By the way, zwag originally ran one of his two main channels as a high elo only channel, but it got less than a quarter of his usual numbers on a good day because high level play is boring as hell. You don’t want to see high level play. You want something to bitch about. And his skill has absolutely nothing to do with the elo he plays in - he can and has repeatedly performed this well and better in every elo. He’s been challenger more often than you’ve gotten laid. Zwag I've noticed you never use Malz W on turrets. The voidlings do a ton of damage to turrets and can knock them down pretty quickly. Just don't E the minions, otherwise your voidlings will attack the minions instead of the turret.

I’ve doubted some of Zwag’s decisions in some videos where he tries to base while his teammates engage in a fight, then join in too late for the opponent to kill them and get away with literally 1-3 autos or 1 spell to die, or even a few of them leaving with literally 1 hit left if Zwag just joined in. But it’s also because he calculates for his safety that he’s able to carry even a 4-5. Zwag’s way is def how to carry as a squishy mid laner. Amazing to see.

Never really understood the confusion there when him playing like he’s the best one in the lobby is just the truth. I mean even outside of elo he’s gotten hella practice on all the champs because of becoming more than just a one-trick for content.

However, often times he just ditches his team, prioritizing getting a small lead on himself over helping his team get a big lead. If you're the only fed person in the team, you are easily diveable. Helping your team get fed is a lot better, both in shutdown and in fighting power. Too many mid mains (especially assassins) killsteal everything and take all the cs, only to complain "why isn't my team doing anything?". Granted, going 1v9 is just the style that Zwag is going for in his videos, but he only gets away with it because there's such a huge skill diff in his lobbies. In equal games, he will get focused hard and his lack of teamfighting will most likely end up losing him the game. EDIT: also, most of these builds work only because again, there's a huge skill gap (or there's multiple takes). Don't go in a game expecting something like AP Lucian to work and actually be good.

My SO is a zed main - he said malz beats zed because of malz passive (damage reduction/spell shield) and ult. Malz just has to play safe which forces zed to roam. If your team has good map awareness/you have good communication of MIA pings, zed will not be able to pick up kills from roam and thus loses. So a match up depends on playstyle and your team really.

Just pointing put, malzahar supression lasts for 2.5 seconds while the field lasts 5 seconds, so half of the percentage damage is always landing, the othe half they can just walk away. 40% would be like 20% while in the supression plus the base damage.

Hey Zwag! I'd love to see an AD Blitzcrank game. His E does double attack damage so it pairs really well his his W giving an attack speed boost. He isn't as bursty but does really consistent damage considering his E is on a less than 5 second cd and it's really hard to get away from him.
