Just received this device and wanted to know if someone would tell me how to use the strap that came with the device?

I have hands like a blacksmith, so here's the way I always do this. Take a wire bag twisty and either burn or peel the paper off of the wire leaving enough left on one end to use as a handle. Take the other (wire) end and bend it as a shepherds hook allowing the end enough wire that you can grab the wire and pull it part way through the lanyard mounting holes. Pull the short end through the holes until you can fold about 1" (1.5 cm) back over the string portion of the lanyard. Twist the wire around itself securing the lanyard string within the wire loop, taking care not to wind it too densely as it has to be able to be pulled back through the lanyard holes without damaging the holes or breaking the loop holding the lanyard string. Also make sure that the wire loop is wound so that the wire loop doesn't unwind and seperate while you're pulling it back through the hole. Pull gently until the wire and the string are fully extended through the holes. Carefully untwist and remove the wire. Now pass the web loop part of the lanyard through the string loop coming from the hole. Tighten the lanyard such that the string passes the quick-connect clip. Gently snug the string around the center between the holes) and you're good to go!

Its much faster than taking out your phone, unlocking, opening webpage, getting to google translate, make sure its english to spanish or whichever, type it all in (or say). And constantly do that each time? This is ease
