A very romantic creation suited for the perfect proposal.
It is a cheese cake in disguise composed with a vanilla streusel crunchy based, a blueberry almond cream sponge, a blueberry compote and a delicious light lemon cheese cake mousse!
The rest is crafted out of 100% chocolate.

I like hyper realistic cakes but I like this guy's in particular because unlike most- which tend to be 90% fondant or modeling chocolate- this looks like something I'd love to eat.
