I like to listen to music and sing while doing heavy physical work, one day I felt into flow (work was very fluid,we were in a hurry, and singing) and then "Child in time" (Deep Purple) began to sound... I had a sore throat for over two months trying to reach Ian Gillan lol. "Don't play with matches, kids" Never again. By the way, you mentioned Supaman, have we ever had a talk about the native american way, the red path etc in relation to The Work?

[Mushtaq] We haven't said much about Native American spirituality except in passing as some aspect are universal. That is intentional on our part.

I am from nepal and i am glad that i was introduced to fourth way from one of my friend in nepal. i love the idea of inner work in fourth way , the technique and details and we do have discussions every week about our practices progress and new knowledge.
