I'm not gonna lie, ghosts while being a bit forgettable sometimes does not deserve the hate it gets, i have fond memories of that game. I always enjoyed extinction more than zombies, and if Infinity Ward revived extinction and put as much effort into it as Treyarch does for zombies it could be amazing. Though i could never beat most of the extinction levels i always had fun trying.

Imagine a ghost 2 where a new extinction mode focuses on various groups of survivors left on earth trying to get buy. Perhaps the first map being a group of brave survivors on a routine hive clearing mission. Most likely to get rid of hives growing too close to the safe house. Perhaps each following map could show said characters trying to push back against the cryptids in vain.

I love Extinction. My favourite thing about call of duty full stop. Nothing even comes close to Extinction. Wish there was more videos / streams, more publicity for Extinction, and not just from youtubers that have no idea how to play :P But actual quality content and actual story / explanation of extinction. Extinction has and will always be my favorite PvE game more in CoD's history. I've been picking back up on it recently and I've been having a blast. It's definitely awesome to see a full lore video after a decade. I always knew bits and pieces of it, but not to this extent. Extinction mode would have to become its own game due to the finale and because it separates from the Campaign timeline. Either way its better than zombies IMO and I really do hope we see a continuation and obviously Cod Ghosts 2 but seriously. The details and the absolute darkness of the mode is what makes it one of my favorite sci-fi game flicks.

I really liked the idea of treyarch was the zombies and infinity ward are the alien guys. It would've been a cool thematic contrast for yearly releases. The game was extremely fun but I must warn you, the game is very dead in the PC and in Xbox (I own both). And the second problem, you have to buy the season pass if you want the good stuff, like double class, ARK attachments and Special Ammo, the game is 4x better with it.

Me and my friend would grind constantly for the 1000teeth for double class since we had so much time on our hands and occassionally message each other how much we had to show off and see who would reach there first and win he had a headstart but I didnt care because I loved every single day/night and grind I had to do for it even though he won I would still play never even hesitated to stop playing I love extinction and once we had them both we would easily play every map with the all relics and would still kick ass us 2 alone what I would do just to get my Xbox One to play this masterpiece I will never understand why the hate was so strong on this game literally had everything people wanted custom paintjob and complete custom soldier outfits and custom voice overlays WHAT COD WOULD EVER FEATURE THAT(aside from the ones after ghosts) this game was GOAT for me someday ill play again with the friend I abandoned and well play again or ill go solo like I originally was still forever enjoying this game and the memories I had

That he will get out of this purgatory (after life Alcatraz) using the rift and be reborn, but since this version of Stanley only exists in the purgatory it can't get out, so when he entered the rift he was killed immediately and collapsed the rift making it close.
