In this video I talk about the entire history of the best roblox rust games to ever be made. The Games include fallen, vanity, Trident Survival, dust, and lost. In these roblox rust games you need to gather resources to make a base get guns to attack people and raid other bases, a lot like rust. i remember lost. its where i made so many friends. and had a bunch of good childhood memories there. defending raids against hackers, and making them rage quit because they thought i was using hacks on them however when the game got taken down a lot of the community was sad and kinda lost itself for a small while, but when dust came out we had more hackers more zergs and clans were everywhere more dupes and glitches as-well, and they came out with another game called project delta which is a rip off of escape from tarknov, people who actually played lost and knew what it was about and stuff actually learned how to be skilled players even some rust youtubers now played lost previously in the past before they even started playing rust lost was one of the best games out there and the only other game that's close to it currently. would be a game called Lone Survival RIP LOST. we will miss your memories forever.

Crazy vid, remember when lost had the lighthouse bunker map couple years ago with scavs n stuff and such a small player base. Really good overview of the past games and love the older content!

Bro you did dust dirty, dust had very different mechanics from lost, and before it got deleted it was actually peak because it resonated the gameplay of peak lost when you could have a casual experience of running over to the dam or KZ bunker and having some fun.

You forgot a game called Barren. Oldest game + best game, as well as a game before rust was even made called Survivalist or something, both very good games for the time.

The fact astray wasnt mentioned is crazy. Such a good rust remake and sadly thats probably hy it got taken down pretty fast but it was very popular for its time and truly felt like rust.

Barren was my child hood even tho I was like 8 or 9 I remember I made a play killed a sar kid and my friend killed me as a joke and then he lost connection I watched rust videos since 2018 I'm happy to say as a 14 year old who finally saved up enough money to build a killer 1080p pc with a ryzen 5600x 32 gb of ram and a 4060 and can finally play rust not considering console rust since it is still a ported game in my opinion but definitely had some fun on it my only problem is pc rust is so much harder to get tm8s since there is no group posts and having less than 1k to 2k hours discord is unusable

also during the time between lost got deleted and dust got released another game not made by solter was made, it was called astray but it was short lived cuz it shut down later but I don't remember exaclty why

I still remember back in lost days throughout its life spans I would block all the cave tunnels near the gas station off with A massive base running throughout the tunnels made all of high quality metal,broo ppl fr feared me and my duo in server 48,every time we joined that server everyone would know it’s us 💀

Im pretty sure the reason why lost and dust were shutdown was because in each game they had a texture that was too similar or just ripped from rust. There is no way facepunch can just claim an entire survival mode, this just brings back the whole Fortnite vs pubg fight over copying “battle royals”

Yeah but you know what? Rust was originally copy of Dayz, but that was time they didn't care right? Im facing up same problem, because I want to make own survival game, but I'm worried I get copy strike from them, but idk they have simple things that are used irl so how can they say it's copyright. They also used many things that already exisz in other games

@caddytygdy You just have to hope, think outside the box when it comes to your game if you want to make it survival oriented. The problem with lost and dust being deleted is that facepunch can bully others with their lawyers. I believe you can make a good game, just go for it and worry about this stuff later

I'm a old co-owner of the game vanity which was a rust look alike game in the past but has changed alot. I also used to work for alot of other games before vanity and back when lost was new i was also working on rust roblox games. We used to have alot of drama with Lost/Dust and also Solter himself and his team as we were competing over the rust market at that time and still to this day i get people dming me about vanity and lost and such asking if i betrayed Vanity thinking that i left them for dust/solter but i never did i just stopped working on/for Vanity cause of all the drama and complications in my life. Other than that i used to be the co-owner and got proof to back it and alot of stories from the time when we developed a old version of the game. Now the game is quite expensive on roblox but it has alot of updates and its pretty good looking from what ive seen from a normal persons perspective eventho ive moved away from it quite a bit.

Trident survival v2s loot pools are incredibly goofy, which is what makes it fun because you can progress really fast if your lucky. You can get 2 c4 from one crate

rovive did not release after lost it was actually before but people dont really know about the very early version in late 2017. You also forgot about fallen which was even before rovive. I also noticed you didn't speak much about rovive when it was by far the best roblox rust experience that ever existed during its prime. A lot of people would think lost was the best but those people most likely werent around to experience prime rovive.

Your stuff is off man, I was a mod for lost, and an admin for axillary which made ashtray. I was part of the community throughout 2017-2022. There was barren, fallen, lost, rovive, vanity, lone survival, trident, farline, and more. Your footage on lost though isnt right and that exact version is from june 2019. I was a mod with eestlane, operator trevor, bruz, and jack durry, I beta tested even before I came a mod. Lost wasn't the first game just the biggest and the one that had the biggest impact since it was free, fallen swept lost off its feet though when it became free for a short period though in late 2019 if I remember right.
