The M resort is amazing and the food is tremendous. Every time I go to Las Vegas for a conference, I make a trip out to the M. One thing, though, and something that I think is another super-plus is that it is not located in Las Vegas. It is located about 30 minutes outside of Vegas in Henderson, Nevada. Henderson is an amazing town. Great shops, great food, and a whole lot less chaotic than Vegas itself. Awesome video of what I consider a kind of hidden gem of Nevada! M for the win!

The M shut down their buffet at the beginning of the pandemic. It was one of the best in town. I hope it re-opens soon and you get a chance to try it.
