8:20 add about 7 drops of phthalo blue and about 2 drops of neo blue for the top color and it should look closer to a mackerel.

What ever colors you fish with man!!! I tend to lean to crazy bright, or natural colors.... each bait maker has their own preference.... very seldom do I fish with straight black... im not sure why.... hope this helped!!!
