Also, I sailed around Hawaii on the American Hawaii Cruise Lines ship “Constitution”, the “Connie,which was the ship that carried Grace Kelly to Europe to marry Rainier. Both American Hawaii and the Constitution are gone now - I will always remember you fondly!

Eastern also flew many variants of the Constellation. Including the Super Constellation, the Suoer C, and the Super G.

@Gia Pacella In the 1960s & 70s Eastern was the major carrier out of Jacksonville, Florida. Eastern Lockheed Electras & Boeing 727s flew to every big city up & down the East coast. They were fun to fly out of old Imeson Airport cuz the 727s had to slam the throttles to the wall taking off on those short runways.
