The Epic of Alexander (Ultimate)(DRG) first clear - FFXIV

My first ultimate, completed in exactly 2 weeks through party finder. Likely could have been faster, but everyone was busy with FRU.
Notes:
The opener is questionable. I copied it from a better DRG player than myself. I think it was designed when we still had 3 nastronds to cleave doll, hand and LL. It doesn't cost a usage of GS or LC and I got used to it, so that is what I stuck with.
I waste true north a lot. I press the button out of habit. I'm also not good about life surge at 80; its weird not having 2 charges. More stuff to work on.
I decided to not double dot/cleave during BJCC to prevent accidental nisi collisions. I have focus to spare now, so ill practice it.
We skipped BJ ray at the end of p2, which I had not seen before. This + some drift in BJCC caused LC and GS to come up later than usual. I held because I couldn't remember if inception was longer than a minute. I should have used them just for those last 2 GCDs to try dumping nastrond and stardiver.
The rotation in PA was scuffed. It was way more important to make sure I caught the tells and didn't miss anything for a GCD. We had no serious deaths that would've resulted in enrage, so all that mattered was not dying.
