☕ The Epic of Alexander Ultimate Guide (TEA) | Living Liquid

As there are some time between patches in FFXIV, I thought I would make a guide for Alexander Ultimate as there might be more groups wanting to prog this but are daunted.
Here I provide commentary as the fight progress and some diagrams to help describe some of the mechanics. DISCLAIMER You can implement a lot of different strats for this fight, I'm not here to claim the strats showcased in the video are the best, most optimal strats. The strats listed here are meant as a starting point for you, so feel free to experiment what is best for your group!
As you might already know, the fight is very long and I am breaking down the guide in several parts and do it as a series, this being the first of them.

an excellent straightforward guide. Now for the difficult part of getting a party :/ uk player on us server when i couldn't do this tier because irl sucks

Hey, thanks very much! Why are you playing in US servers from the UK if you don't mind me asking?

@@Valith I joined in the 2.0 beta, there were no eu servers. When the free transfer came up, i didn't want to lose my friends plus at the time there wasn't much consensus on which eu servers were the english ones. Then I got a house when private housing was new. Also, I had better internet connection, because until sb, the eu servers were actually located in NA. Some of them still are, and adamantoise is still one the best connections i got regardless

Until Limit Cut the healer POV is pretty chill. Esuna is the only place where I'm a little annoyed. :D I'm curious how the fight evolves further!

Sorry for the late reply, clear time depends on each individual group though generally it will be in between 20 - 50 raid hours assuming steady prog
