As a life-long Bengals fan, I have no love for the orange and brown, but as admirer of this great game, all I can do is tip my cap and respect the heart, hustle and intensity that Myles Garrett approached the preparation getting his body and mindset ready for an All-Pro caliber 2023 season. Myles is the Browns’ best player, hands down. I wish him a healthy and fantastic year (but I only wishing him a healthy game in Week 18 😆).

NFL players are genetic freaks. It’s not a great idea to compare yourself to them. Most people would not touch their performance on PEDs. There’s a video of Garrett squatting 635 for 3 reps, no belt, no sleeves, no shirt, no shoes. Think about that. Most gym goers on as much PEDs as they wanted to take with knees sleeves, squat shoes, and squat belt would not get to that level.
@hya_versus6354 Жыл бұрын
Yup, makes sense. You can be born with the genetics, but you pair it with serious work ethic and thats how you become great. 2 weeks into the season and its apparent all the work Garrett has done, has vastly improved his game.

Remember guys, physical therapists > chiropractors They won't just temporarily alleviate you, they will also strengthen you at the root of the issue. It's a fix not a patch
@alexanderspinoccia2903 Жыл бұрын
This pt is literally doing what most chiros do. Furthemore, just in general; I’m not quite sure that you realize how many patients are just looking for temporary pain relief via passive care just to function from their chronic pain. Patient presentation and acute flare ups are way more complex then just “strengthening” to fix the root of the problem lol.
