Great video with lots of good advices when it comes to this 'banana stations'. They usually are poorly used by the most of us. It's crutial for us to set properly our chair's height so our arms and wrists take the right angle. HON Ignition, by HON furniture is a great example. Manhattan Office Design

I struggle with being small. Everything is built for large men. I can't reach the floor with the chairs at the lowest point, the desks are then too high. Arm reach each is limited. Keyboards and mice are too big. Any tips for small people?

Desk：I think ikea have those desks with stands that are height-adjustable and they cost something like $40(here in china). Chair: just find something like a shoe case to put under your feet and it should work just fine. Keyboards: ergodox ez, its quite expensive, but its a great keyboard. I'm suffering from TFCC injury and this keyboard is great for me(i have small hands, probably 17cm. I bought Microsoft's and logitech's ergonomic keyboards but they are designed for those who have large hands ) Mouse: Mirotouch, a vertical mouse. I've tried logitech mx vertical and it is just too large. I've been having neck issues and wrist issues for year as i type toooooo much. Hope my suggestion helps.

Thanks for these videos. Office work at day + music at night have been taking a toll and I'd love to find someone like you to work with in my area but you're providing a helpful starting point. I've been looking at programmable footswitches to alleviate my left hand of stretches (I intend to use it for caps and ctrl which I use ALL the time for shortcuts). Any thoughts on these?

Please suggest a wireless ergonomic KB and mouse. Was designated with Ris by the doctor due to pain at left index finger, right palm - mostly. I use a mouse responsible for palm pain; the keyboard causes the index pain. After a long session with the xbox controller the palm hurt. Doctor said i spent too much hours and simlo cholesterol tablets whose side effect was pain months ago and stopped taking - could be a catalyst. I am to change KB and mouse and spend less hours. When i type or websurf most its on the bed.

Yes ! If your elbows are resting on the desk it makes it harder to move the mouse and can compress the shoulder joint.
