Good presentation Eric. I am a technology executive and have been through numerous ERP and Digital Transformation projects during the past 28 years. One cannot overstate the importance of working with good independent consultants if they have not themselves championed several sizeable programs. Vendors, software companies and systems implementers' will tell you almost anything to sell their products and services. I have rescued several failing initiatives due to just this issue. They tell you it is easy, that they can implement the technology with ease, and will tell you what you want to hear because if they tell you the actual truth, they will lose your business to others who are less than honest or forthright.
