But how does one achieve this? I know there is something more than what I had been taught via religion. I am working toward changing the narrative bof my life. Which from early childhood was filled with abuse, anger, lies, hatred so forth and so on. I truly want to be free I want to be hold. Letting go of ALL the negativity. How do I accomplish that. I have prayed asked for forgiveness even what I'm am struggling with is completely forgiveness where yes I say I forgive those whom have brought hurt and other things but sometimes I feel the pains and it only means I feel that somewhere I'm doing something wrong. How does one tap into this energy I know it's real. I'm yet trying to learn how to meditate without having my thoughts travel?

I don't see how it is possible to "let go" of deep seated ingrained problems that have plagued you all your life and which psychotherapy hasn't been able to overcome - yet we are supposed to merely decide that we don't want them anymore and then they will be "nice enough" to just leave us and not come back. It doesn't work like that. And we are not our own psychotherapists. So I too ask "How do we accomplish that" ? They will say "meditate" ! But I did hypnosis, which is almost the same as meditation and it did nothing for me, so why will it be different if I do so ? Let me ask you a question ' have you been feeling any of these " light energies" that are supposed to be bombarding the planet to raise our vibrations ? I haven't ! And have you had any physical mental or emotional ascension symptoms yet ? I haven't !

These limitations are but the incompleteness of perception, they are never infinite reality because of the after effect of perception and not happening NOW. The mind is a receiver tuned to one channel-you. What you receive corresponds with what you perceive, thus always changed by the mind. You are the field, so there is no tapping into it. Thoughts create temporary effects in a state of flux. So there is no doing to be done. Spirit speaks directly in the space between thoughts, its action is thoughtless, it is silent having no polarity, it happens NOW in intuition.

I have found that hypnosis also releases them and quicker and you don’t have to be a practiced meditator. Search David McGraw, he has some hypnosis videos on KZbin. This and so far the other videos I've watched about teachings of which is beyond words truly , if school is so significant as we've made it be ... Then THIS IS what it will consit of eventually without question every fiber of my being knows this will be so.. I have struggled though out this life and I began to be relieved in some type of way about 4 years ago after an event that had an effect of sorts waking up places within me . God bless all.. This is my take on things.. We live inside a holographic matrix, consciousness exists outside our bodies on the mainframe. We connect to it via our thoughts. Harmony is designed to exist among us all. We are designed to love and care for each other.
