​@@Evija3000 They usually do it with rolled fondant and food colouring. Me watching those vids thinking yeah it looks real but probably taste real bad 😅But Amaury uses fruits and soak the cake with wine and do a lot of layers of different textures etc, I can imagine how good it will taste
