The deep lying mistake you are making is the assumption that people should strive to benefit all the humanity equally. This is simply an absurd assumption. If you were to divide one cake between your child and 100 others, giving your child an equal share would be deeply immoral. The same can be said about governments putting the needs or wants of their citizens on par with the needs of foreigners.
