Для овощей и фруктов лезвие имеет слегка серповидную форму или зазубрины, но очень мелкие. Меньше чем у ножа для хлеба. И соответственно подобные ножи небольшого размера. А в сериалах широкое лезвие и на конце пиромидальная, то есть триугольная заточка. Так что уморительно смотреть как из малюсенького клачика достают спецнож, или извлекают из рукова или юбки нарядной одежды.
