How I found ya page . Last year Yahuah said in a dream "no longer shall your name be DeShaun, it shall be Yasharal." I never even heard that name before. Then few weeks later, came across Sister Channel named "Gates of Huldah." Where she talks about us being the ppl of the book (bible). Thank you You're so right. The 24hr clock was started by the Babylonians. So our perception is of a day is based on their time and not the Bible. We have to go by what they most high says. In order to get evening there had to have been light. Evening is a transition period from light to darkness. If the day(light) didn't exist there wouldn't have been the need for evening. Evening is a twilight period and there are two. But He didn't say let there be dark, but, let there be light. So the first transition would have been from light to dark as He divided the light from the dark calling the division evening. My thought

Take a look… Mark 16:1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. When the sabbath was over, they went to buy spices to go and anoint the Messiah. Now when did they go to anoint the Messiah? Mark 16:2 And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. They bought the spices when the sabbath was over to anoint the Messiah and came to anoint him very early in the morning at the rising of the sun. That means the Sabbath laws did not continue after the Sabbath was over in the evening!

Sorry, I'm a little late to the party here, but I have a question, are we completely sure the day is a 24 hour period? Because I can't shake the thought that the day and the night are separate, two 12 hour periods, and not one 24 hour period, now I only ask because of certain things that keep popping up at me, to be short, the first is the fact that God Separates the day from the night, Jesus himself says "are there not twelve hours in a day?" And lastly St. John chapter 20:1 says..." The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away.....

The Shabbath ends at evening. It is the shabbath DAY. We work in the day and rest at night so the Shabbath day will be resting in the DAY that you would normally be working. Ezk 46-1 Thus saith YAHUAH Aluah; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened. Ezk 46-2 And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate without, and shall stand by the post of the gate, and the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the gate SHALL NOT BE SHUT UNTIL THE EVENING. Why will it not be shut until the evening? Because that is when the Shabbath and the new moon day ends. .Jhn 11-9 Yahusha answered, Are there not TWELVE HOURS IN THE DAY? The part of the world where this text first arose experiences quicker dawns and dusks than the places where these things are argued about more. So division of light from darkness as a solid 12 hour period seems more logical there. The first evening, as described in the text, was not the same as any other. The first day was really a night in which God made light: you could say he created the world's diurnality. We know the Sun and Moon appear later in the text so it can't have been that the sun rose, just that the earth turned full circle. By the time the first dawn is being described the first day is over and the second day begins.

@@Moreh_chazaq_ben_uriel Shalom ach. I am not ignoring that a day can also be classified as 24 hours (as the light rules darkness), but a day is 12 hours. It is very simple though. He called the light day (yom) and the darkness night (layil). Yom means the hot hours of the day. Then evening came and long with the morning (we would say from morning to evening), that is the first day. Then after that that comes night. So it is called Sabbath day because it takes place during the day or Yom, which means the hot hours of the day. That is why there is no Sabbath night in the scriptures and in Ezekiel 46, it tells us that the temple should be closed at evenings on the Sabbaths and the New moons. No, evening to morning was not the first day, Sabbath begins when the roosters crow, at day break, twilight 3:30 a.m. ish..... depending on the season and place. Dawn to Dawn Sabbath and Yahuah's Covenant calendar feast dates. I am now so barak. Yahusha had contempt for the way the Yahudim's (Jews) calendar and times at Passover there was a 14 hour offset and He showed, and proved this upon His death. Thus He fulfilled His law by showing us how and when.

@@JustaWordYup, even the Old test PSUDO goes into this. I think the testament of Adam , and the testimony of Solomon, when it comes to the 12 day 12 night hour schedule. And both day and night have twilights and those twilights are the transitions AND the ending hours of the day/night. The twilights are after evening, and the transition to daylight before sunrise. i had to understand that the firmament glows before any sun and moon starts to shine. This is the big secret that many are missing. The firmament is independent and is self illuminating somehow. Plus the days of creation says light first, then the objects that rules come after. The deception they told us that the sun makes the firmament glow, but i beg to differ as Isaiah prophecy is in effect were even i observed the sun being 7 times brighter from a faint yellow to a bright white. And during sunrise the start of the sun from red to yellow to white has little to nothing to do with the actual glow the sky turns. The twilights(the period where the firmament either turns completely dark, or begins to change color to brightness before the sunrise.) are usually the LAST 2-1 hours of the 12 hour cycle. And the color of the firmament is still changin g after sunset and moonfall. And we cannot pay attention to the moon because entimes and periodically the moon may shine in the morning, or move around anywhere. So this proves its based on the color of the firmament and the twilights before sunrise, and after sunset. Evening to evening would make no sense because that would mean we start at the end of either the sunrise or nightfall. And scripture says we must start sabbath at the beginning, not the end of the hours.
