build a player launcher at your base that launches u to the farm it will be much easier than turning the monorail 90 degrees. also u can have cactuses on pistons underneath your tuck so it doesn't slide into the water.

Kosmo - saw go brrrrrrr When cutting trees down, aim for the stump from the start and there will be less pieces to deal with. Put cactus on pistons for the truck "handbrake" because they have very high friction. Should put some spotlights up on poles to light up the wall section, maybe even put them on those towers you were talking about. Very good spot and so nice to have it right next to your base!

I chose a spot like yours since the very beginning and let me tell you : it's the best. Farm the heck out of it, build a 4-block wide wall with 1 or 2 layers of metal 3 and no bot will ever get through!

If you cover up all grass/ground tiles with blocks, bots can't spawn. They spawn like a "ray" from the sky, and have to have a clear patch of base ground to spawn. If you build, they cannot spawn. I build my first base on the upper right side in the trader, on top of the main entrance, and bot's can't reach the farm. However. they could spawn on cliffs, and also on the opposite of the cliff over the main entrance, and ran over to attack my base. I just build a fence out of lvl 3 metal to block them. And filled out all the area with stone bricks on top of the cliffs. Then they couldn't spawn. A bit OP but nice for relaxed farming. Not to mention the two epic base areas near the crash site on the starting tile... they have to be the most OP base sites in the whole game.

have you ever noticed no one seems to have made any automatic fully functioning traffic signals for intersections? hmm why not... lol build autonomous cop cars that have sirens lmao. have them chase after you if you run red lights because they can detect that "might need mods for wireless and no I take no responsibility so please mod responsibly at your own risk. " maybe fant mod he is got wireless transport item pipes... use transport piece to teleport it have chest detector that outputs a signal on if it detects chest is full to a set amount you configure, keep in mind you will need a vacuum pump to pull the items out of the receiving teleport piece otherwise the items stay inside the inventory of the teleport piece not a chest.. actually, now that I think about it, I haven't tested to see if the item detector if it only works on chests or does it also work on the teleport pieces. anyways use this as the trigger to receive a signal on wirelessly lol. so simple. haha. if signal changes green have it send items to one chest if light is red have it send items back to other chest... signal on signal off... vise versa... signal on or off sent to wireless via items... also keep in mind there is a distance limit for wireless transmission. anyhow its kind of like how computers work in binary code but everything within it is a ton of other languages except this is only 1 language within of course but different... maybe another idea to add on to this... when the cop car starts chasing after you, have it start communicating the same way with your vehicle though so that it keeps following you because your not to far away unless your really fast.

I highly recommend you my design of, as you called it, hand brake. Its pistons facing downwards with hands (pointing fingers) on the tips, pressing into the ground when activated. Works 100% and fits to the name, althou you might need 4 for smaller vehicles and 6 or 8 for the truck

The smallest opening your character will fit through is 3x8. None of the bots can fit through this opening. The haybots are too tall and the totebots are too wide.

you can make slated roof for you water hole with a bearing and controller build one side up and attach bearing and add roof to that then attack controller to bearing and let it drop down and thats it im sure you can figure it out, but just a notice that you can do it if you want

I used to place my farm at peninsula like yours, totebot and haybot definitely can't pass the defences, but it's still very difficult to defend against farm (red) bot. Wall with saw blades definitely not enough to stop them.

Hey Kosmo, Haybots are 3 blocks wide (I think) so you might want to make the fence so that the gaps are 2 blocks wide. *Edit:* This also says that it is episode 12 but there are 14 episodes in the playlist...

Yeah fuckin hell, this update has fucked me in so many ways, go too fast your vehicle vanishes rag dolling you, fly too fast and too high you fall and if you aren't full health you die. Now a haybot spawned inside my base and fucked my sprinkler system making me redo my spaghetti of a lag machine... It's convenient with the oil pools but it's annoying with the bugs sprinkled in!
