You're right it's bad parenting but now she's twenty years old. She knows right from wrong, good from bad and a mind of her own. Did she not know that what she's doing is not right as well as bad especially hurting people, lying, cheating, stealing, scheming backstabbing, bullying, framing, hacking into other people's computers, etc. just to get what she wanted like winning a competition or making a profit...then not accepting responsibility for her deeds and actions blaming others for her actions and deeds.
