Alaa Al Wardi video Starting with the famous " Lamma Bada Yatathenna," a form of poetry that was sung long before the 1900s... and moving to Umm Kulthum and Asmahan in the 1930s to 1950s... And of course Egyptian icon, Abdel Halim Hafiz Then the beautiful transition from prominent Egyptian singer Mohammed Abdel Wahab to Farid Al Atrach who came to be known as "King of the Oud" And he certainly didn't miss Fairuz or Sabah! And then things started to get a bit too... funky? Amr Diab, Cheb Khalid... With Elissa coming into the mix... things just got a bit too touchy, feely? With Saber Rebaï, hipster started trending... And ahhhhh ya qalbyy... ahhh ya qalby Haifa Wehbe and Nancy Ajram weren't excluded from this either...  Then came Hussain Al Jassmi who just changed everything Till Saad Lamjarred came on board and broke the internet.
