Great video. Big foot has become a money maker over the years with festivals here and there. I hope the old boy gets a cut of the money. We even got a she foot her in NC

Very fascinating, Cliff. My husband and I enjoyed this very much. It makes sense that our minds would work that way.

In Georgetown and Laurel Run! Yikes, my boyfriend is from Georgetown (Wilkes-Barre Twp)! He has had bears come down from the mountain and walk down his road, but denies seeing bigfoot. I'll be teasing him now! Thanks for posting.

Besides the fact we know you are Bigfoot I believe he exists. In Australia we have the Yowie. We don’t have bears here to mistake them. I just hope no-one ever catches one. Loved the video. Please take care

I've listened to a lot of bigfoot stories on KZbin. How the channels come up with new stories every week, I don't know. They often sound like they were written by the same author. A word that comes up a lot is "species." This is more of a new emphasis than name. Though the creature remains bigfoot, its behaviors seem to have evolved. The wood knocking, throwing stones, tree structures, running on all fours seem to have stolen the spotlight, to some degree, from the traditional putrid odor and footprints. The only way I could see the name being changed is if someone produces a corpse, and it turns out to have some unusual anatomy. The stories coverup this possibility by bigfoots recovering their own dead. I guess the name might change if bigfoot was proven a categorical fraud, perhaps a Smith Monster if John Smith debunked the myth. This was an excellent video.

Yes, when the government finally admits and acknowledges the existence of extra terrestrials, the concept of what Bigfoot really is, is going to take another huge paradigm shift, along with every other aspect of life and human culture as we know it... - An answer to the question you posed at the end!

It's interesting how we put our faith and trust in God. We can't see Him or touch him etc. Yet we question things we hear about bigfoot. So why don't we have that same faith and trust? We may not have seen him or got close to him.

The discovery, and reports of the Guerilla by Europeans in 1902... I was thinking as you were talking in the beginning about when was the movie and story of King Kong reaching into the minds of the populace and generating that arcehtype of a giant ape like figure... Really fascinating stuff and I appreciate this kind of video, that helps to build a foundational understanding of how popular culture affects our minds and how we sense and perceive things...One thing that I still can't quite reconcile and I find to be some of the most credible evidence for bigfoot is the near universal oral history and tradition of these types of creatures amongst indigenous groups all across America and the world. Great thought provoking video Cliff for those of us fascinated on the subject...
