Yeah, the impact makes it look more powerful in the old games. I can't remember the name of the last WWE game (15 maybe?) i played but the F5 looked weak in it.

Yeah but if you look at the F5 from 2002 it progressively got worse over the years in real life also. He used to launch them into the stratosphere and they used to eat shit face first. As he began to wrestle more he didn't throw them as high he would just throw them a little bit over his head and make it a faster move. When he came back he stopped spinning them in mid-air and just dumped them next to him. Occasionally when he gives it to guys like Seth Rollins or the smaller guys he will throw them like he used to but for the most part the move looks like shit compared to what it used to in real life and in the games

I remember watching Matt Hardy take the F5 and if you watch him take the F5 back in the day, it looked like a video game. He took it absolutely perfect. But he flew through the air without any movement and just ate shit face first. It look just like the game itself haha
