They really thought they were cooking when they decided to make every super move a cutscene reminiscent of scenes from the anime where characters will see a character charge a move and say "I can't dodge that attack!" even though they just stood there and watch it charge... (like SS4 Goku saying he can't dodge Great Ape Baby's Super Galick Gun despite watching it be charged in front of him for a whole minute...)

1:12. *Death Beam* Description: Frieza's second Special Move. First in Manga chapter 307, Frieza violently kills Vegeta to death with his death beam ability, directly destroying Vegeta's heart. Second in Manga chapter 317, after nearly being killed by Goku's Spirit Bomb ability, Frieza comes back with a vengeance as he immediately first kills Piccolo with Death Beam. Then he also shoots Krillin with another Death Beam and lifts him up into the air as he then crushes him with Telekinesis by using his hands, making Goku really angry.
