Toothless the Night Fury I remember watching so many of these old movies like Chicken run, Spirit, Pocahontas, etc in preschool, and remember when franchises like Shrek, How to Train your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, etc first began. I cannot believe the years have passed so quickly. I know that a lot of awesome franchises will be released in the years to come, and younger generations will temper them with as much envy as we do currently, but there is just something about these old movies. We are lucky to have been alive during such an awesome time.

Watching that scene in the dark as a 4 year old made me feel like I was actually in the presence with God especially with the calming heavenly ambient music!

I feel a HTTYD 4 would just ruin the franchise.. Hiccup and Toothless have both grown up and had families of their own - and a fourth movie in the point of view of Hiccup’s kids just wouldn’t be the same. Hiccup and Toothless have always been the protagonists of HTTYD, and I feel it would feel like they were milking the series if they did another movie. The third movie was clearly supposed to be the ending, with Toothless and Hiccup separating, and I don’t think there could be a better ending.

How to Train Your Dragon or the entire franchise as a whole will always be my favorite DreamWorks series. It will always hold a special place in my heart and the amount of growth and character development we got to see from the first movie all the way to the third movie including the TV series was perfection.
