This is a random theory- Remember that So, what if the Queen MUTO was the last Female but this MUTO couldn't hold the capacity of radiation and the metamorphosis just failed? To an extent it's actually semi confirmed that gots the light is stronger than the muto prime and that in his current state he could win but it would be within an inch of his life due to his muto related weaknesses that are just his kryptonite That doesn't mean that the muto prime couldn't kill him and survived it just means that it's a lot harder than some people might think However this is kind of intentional because while the muto prime have it falled to consume Godzilla's species there are also capable of consuming others so long as they're radioactive enough and generally because of the natural environment most members of Godzilla species are worn down even the stronger ones I can definitely see a muto and an enimy kong working together
