I have watched thousands of Bible journaling videos. Your journals are way superior! I absolutely love the layouts, designs and colors. I honestly think you can create your own line of journals or even journaling notes. You are extremely talented. Use the gift that God has given you to spread His word and teach others! You are fabulous!

I absolutely LOVE your journals. This is something I've been wanting to do and looking for inspo and im so happy to have found your channel!!! Do you "practice" your layout and studies before hand with pencil? Like... to make sure it fits and look good?
@PSALMStoGod10 ай бұрын
Thank you!! Sometimes I do stuff in pencil first, other times I wing it and keep tweaking it if I don't like it. Its usually things I haven't played with as much that I take the time to pencil out first :) Happy journaling!

God bless you sister! I love, love, love your war binder and I'm wondering, what kind of paper do you use?
@PSALMStoGod3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I buy 65lb paper from Staples (I forgot the brand, but its pretty generic--you just want to make sure its smooth for the brush pens), and print a dot grid on it.

The cover for the 2nd one is scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby. I know because I'm looking at it now! Got some to create a cover for my journal!!

Yes!!! If I let myself, I can spend ours in Hobby Lobby just in the paper section lol! Happy journaling! I'm sure its going to turn out beautiful!

Late seeing this, about the paper you really liked, you could always photo copy it resize to get rid of the ring side. Enjoyed your flip through.

Wow, didn’t expect such a quick comment 😊 I have a question - what exactly are those citations? I don’t mean for you to actually tell me what you wrote if that is something personal, but just a general idea of what you are listing there? Wondering if it’s something I may want to incorporate into my journals 😊 thanks.
@PSALMStoGod Жыл бұрын
@@janebates3870 Hi. The citations are where I got information from. So if I looked up the original Hebrew/Greek it'll be a reference to Strongs Concordance. If I looked up stats or history or anything like that. Basically a link back to where I got the information I researched while studying.
@janebates3870 Жыл бұрын
Lol, ok that’s what I thought but wanted to confirm, because you just never know these days. Wondered if it was some sort of repentance/sin tracking thing, and plans for moving ahead. Sort of like a traffic citation only spiritual/sin citation, glad to hear it’s not. Good idea to keep track of where you find info. In case you want to go back to look it up again or get more info and in case someone asks. Thanks again for the quick reply. God Bless

Thanks! In a way...my handwriting has changed over time. I've also picked up tips from KZbinrs in the journaling community (especially on types of pens). But I come from a family where everyone is meticulous about their handwriting for some reason

What coloring pens do you use since you pages seems to be light but there is no bleed.
@PSALMStoGod3 жыл бұрын
Most of the black ink is either generic Bic pens from the dollar tree or a Pigma Micron. For the color I have a wide range of pens (Sakura Gelly rolls, Karin Markers, Tombow, Monami Plus Pen 3000, Ecoline Watercolor Markers), some are more prone to ghosting through than others, but none really bleed. The paper itself is 65lb paper

What are the crayons or markers in the video?
@PSALMStoGod3 жыл бұрын
I use a lot of different pens :) I'm actually a pen addict. I have a video on my channel called "Why Do I Have So Many Pens." It goes through most of the pens I have. I've added a few more to my collection since then (Ecoline Watercolor Brush Pens and Karin Markers), but mostly the Tombow Feudenoske and gel pens or fineliners

Hi, thank you. Since they are a compilation of notes I take while I study or listen to sermons, I'm not sure how that would work.
