That’s really sad. But I can relate to downward spiral. I have autism and slam my head into doors when I’m upset for 15+ years. I gave myself lots of tbi and even was blind after one of my injuries because I hit so hard I split my head and had extremely high brain pressure after I bang my head. I have old videos of me and can’t believe how different I am now. I used to do it every day for a lot of years. I often hope to damage my brain enough I die.
