I do feel that the information overload modern humans are receiving on a daily basis is causing mass confusion. Could be why we see so much paranoia, psychological disorders, poor overall health and division between people. The last quarter century of internet usage has not been nearly enough time for us to evolve to handle it. Wouldn't surprise me if it takes humans many generations and hundreds of years to adapt to using the internet as a tool without suffering all the negative side effects they're experiencing now. Like you said, will be interesting where things go from here.

Another insight into wisdom: "Wisdom is timeless, child of God, and so it is always relevant and applicable. Wisdom is Love, and Love is unconditional. There need be no conditions for Love to be expressed. It simply and naturally expresses, for it cannot keep Its expression contained. You, child of God, are an expression of God, Who is Love. You contain within yourself all attributes of unconditional Love, and all of Love’s natural expressions are without judgment! In fact, It is joy! you are this. Having been created by Love Itself, you cannot, in Truth, be apart from Love. You were created One with Love, and this will never change. It is only in a dream you think you could ever be apart from Love. Know this by reminding yourself often: “I cannot be separate from Love, which created me, because that is not Its Will. Rather, I am part of Love, because I was created One with It, and this will never change. There is only one Real Will, and that is God’s, and God is Love.” Your need for reminders will be ongoing, until they are no longer needed."

You raise a very valid point. From what I can notice, technology allows people "to experience" life vicariously i.e as a third party. They may "know" things, but they haven't personally experienced things. Life is inherently experiential, learned through challenges and learning from mistakes. Vicarious experiences don't lead to the development of wisdom. Wisdom is always gained through trial and error. With regard to experience, one has to enquiry about the quality of experience, for one could argue that poor experience allows you to make the same critical errors with increasing confidence. In my subjective reality, I rely almost entirely on intuition and knowing, which I guess equates to wisdom. If I need to think whether I should or shouldn't do something, then I take that as nudge from wisdom, that I probably shouldn't do "what I was thinking of doing"....it's beautifully paradoxical :) Wisdom rarely leads me astray. I really value listening to your wisdom, as it always gives me cause for reflection. Thank you.

Laurie is very smart Mike 👍(not news to you I'm sure ☺️). I agree 100% with your views. I often despair with how our ancestors are seen by us...they were wise and innovative, and survived cataclysms in a way that their modern counterparts won't be able to IMHO. The saying ' the meek shall inherit the Earth ' will apply in all likelihood, in that the people who live in the simplest of ways now, and who know how to survive off the land will take humanity forward. I recently watched something where indigenous people are living in caves as their ancestors did, but are close to starvation because the big game they used to be able to trap to feed their families, are being hunted by people with guns, likely for sport. The cave people have to suffice with bats, small birds, small fish etc, so a lifestyle they're supremely adapted to is being taken from them 🥺. I hope they get the last laugh...and the Earth gets saved from the 'technocrats'.

Would you consider doing a video about food and what you eat? I'm very interested in the simple hermit lifestyle, and I also am on the fruitarian path which is very important to me. I imagine living so far away in from society in the desert, you're likely relying more on dry seeds and that kind of thing? Thanks again for your good content. I hope all's well.

Hi Windsong, well it would be a rather boring video. We don't do anything special, it's mostly a diet of whatever we can get in our "Food Desert" location. Steve Jobs, the Apple computer founder, was a big fruitarian.

There's a theory that he was part of a 'mind control' programme...which was about studying how far humans can be pushed mentally. Technology, particularly the kind I'm using while I comment, is a distraction mechanism, and ultimately a control device. Communication devices designed for the military, don't end up in the hands of the masses, unless there's a very good reason 😐.
