Raw corn is very healthy... It has all the vitamins, when you cook it it doesn't. Y'all do some things that doesn't make since to me.... As a nurse i want to cry. You don't cut your pork thin enough and pan fry it till its brown and crispy. It shouldn't be any thicker than a knife blade. It should be cooked low and slow till all the fat you can get out of it is cooked out. When the grease is cool you can save it to cook your vegetables with. Its a form of salt and flavor and fat. You can make bread with it. You should never eat pork the way y'all do. It has worms. You should buy flour cornstarch mix together a little to fry your chicken, in the pork fat till its no longer pink inside of course put salt and pepper.
