@@chiangjames8262 No made some money in ecom and invested that into a hiring devs to create the software part, at first I did all the rest : marketing, UX/UI, Graphics, customer support, etc. Might not be the best way to build a Saas, but I'd rather focus onto building something now, rather than first learning how to code then build a Saas. Action > Learning. I see so many people making the mistake thinking they need to learning how to do something before building company. The truth is you learn along the way while building.

I love this type of content! I may not be raising money, but I believe being able to fill in this deck for any business will ensure that business is successful. A few more things I would add for the audience: - Indicators of your future success are a KEY part of your deck. - You're never going to win a deal on projections; VCs are more interested in making sure you understand how the business works, and why YOU are going to win. - ALWAYS lead with strength (first thing Shaan mentioned). What makes you/the opportunity/your business special.

I'm not into this game but this sounds very sensible! The one thing I was missing is the "why do you want/need our money" I think this will be the biggest question in the future as people realize that there are few markets with strong winner-takes-all dynamics and hence bootstrapping is probably the right answer in the majority of cases, going forward.
